Treasure Sefton Poster Exhibition at Southport Community Centre

Treasure Sefton is a project aiming to support wellbeing in Sefton by using chat & creative activity to forefront positive experiences of our surrounding & community.

We want to celebrate Sefton, to create an ongoing portrait of the region’s people, places and services, and to amplify voices with lived experience of mental health issues, through exhibitions & social media.

We meet on the first & third Tuesday afternoons each month, in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Anyone with experience of mental health issues (personal, professional or otherwise) is welcome – no referral required.

There are many opportunities to get involved, as much and as often or as little as can be managed, and fit around existing commitments.Community Champions are very much local heroes, already working in the community or wanting to become more involved. Some work may be one to one, others may be the friendly welcoming face of a group or service, but it may even just be as simple as spending time having a cuppa and chat with someone.
